Ode to the Vampire A Sonnet by Crimson Quintessence

My pale Vampire, you inspire me to write.
How I love the way you hide, walk and stalk,
Invading my mind day and through the night,
Always dreaming about the fraught flintlock.

Let me compare you to a scary will?
You are more caring, glorious and hot.
Big rains flood the good fields of April,
And the springtime has the light apricot.

How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
I love your daring physique, teeth and eyes.
Thinking of your glaring teeth fills my days.
My love for you is the staring franchise.

Now I must away with a cherry heart,
Remember my fond words whilst we’re apart.
